To ensure that the Library met the City of Mesa’s standards, MPBAS replaced  a failing proprietary EMS system with a new Distech/Tridium AX building control system.  MPBAS replaced the standard motors with high efficiency VFDs, earning the Library a substantial SRP rebate.
